Cancellation Policy
At Club Ballroom, we are dedicated to making your dance experience memorable and enjoyable. To ensure that we can deliver the best possible service and planning, we have established the following refund policy for wedding dance instruction: Refund Policy: No Refunds After Purchase: Once a payment has been made for a package, we do not issue refunds. This policy is in place because we coordinate our services and allocate resources based on the number of clients who have booked sessions. Session Planning and Scheduling: We meticulously plan and schedule each dance instruction session to ensure personalized attention and effective instruction. This involves coordinating with instructors, arranging studio space, and preparing materials tailored to your needs. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed once the purchase is complete. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to instructor availability. Please note that if you choose to cancel rather than reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded $60 to cover the labor of the instructors. However, a deposit/studio floor fee of $35 will remain with the company to cover the costs associated with reserving the studio space and other administrative expenses.
